THE CLIENT BRIEF
Advanced technology integration with strategic system design to optimize processes and improve efficiencyÂ
CEMIRIDE was facing serious challenges and difficulties in monitoring and evaluating performance, outcome and impact of its various projects and programmes.
MediaForce deployed a SharePoint and Dynamics based Project Monitoring and Evaluation System which they used for one year. They later requested for an independent system because the licensing structure of Microsoft tools was burdening their finances and they wanted a system that would work without the restrictive subscription model that Microsoft uses. We deployed a WordPress powered Data Management System (DMS) complete with all the dynamic dashboards they needed.
