Event overview
The SMART Global Initiative capacity building strategy aims to initiate ownership and enable partners to implement SMART autonomously, and has achieved a significant level of knowledge transfer with over 500 people trained in the past two years alone. Development of strong network of health, nutrition and capacity building individuals and institutions is paramount for the long-term sustainability of SMART.
• SMART hosted a meeting in Nairobi on November 16th and 17th for approximately 25-40 individuals.
