THE CLIENT BRIEF
Early Warning Early Response Platform
County Governance Watch (CGW) was seeking a consultant to support the establishment of an EWER platform that will act as a suitable election monitoring platform and will be offered to the public. The toll-free service would respond to reports from stakeholders throughout the target counties by way of collecting early warning data, synthesizing it, escalating it to responsible agencies within the shortest possible time and triggering appropriate response mechanisms to prevent and mitigate electoral conflict.
During the 2022 elections, the platform will deliver election reports and data on trends, patterns, behaviours, and perceptions of individuals, organizations, and groups.
