The corona virus was something new and unexpected that happened in 2019 and with it came lots of changes. Countries had to go on lockdown, meaning schools shut down, people could not go to their places of work and even basic things such as going for shopping became a huge risk. Seeing that the virus was going to be around for a while, people had to adopt a new lifestyle and this led to a huge shift toward the digital world.
Schools adopted e-learning through digital platforms therefore, learning could be done while kids were still at home. Although e-learning has always been there even before the pandemic it has definitely increased by a huge percentage during this time. Even as the situation becomes better and schools are resuming, both physical and online classes are used so maybe even after the pandemic e-learning could still be used in schools.
The working environment has also changed and most people are now working from home and only show up physically when need be. Shopping behaviors have also changed, most people are gravitating towards online shopping therefore businesses have had to make their products and services available online for their customers. I believe that even after the virus is gone and things are back to normal people will still continue using digital platforms for various needs.
After the pandemic hit we as Media Force were also forced to shut down our offices and work from home just as many other people did. Since we had an existing online presence, it was easy to stay in contact with existing and potential clients through our website and social media accounts.
We can therefore also help you have the same experience by improving your social media presence or by designing and developing websites according to your needs. This will be beneficial especially now with the pandemic and even in the future by increasing your online interactions. People can then see the services you provide, get more information about your business and be able to contact you when they need to.
